What categories do you buy?
iPhone, Samsung, Google and other Android phones, iPad and tablets, smartwatches, logic boards, broken screens, cameras, batteries, speakers, flexes, and mainstream accessories.
How often do prices change?
Prices update with market demand, FX, and inventory. The effective price is today’s rate or your locked rate if you booked one with your label request.
Can I lock today’s price?
Yes. You can request a price lock for up to seven days when you request labels. Very volatile models can update intra-day; the lock guarantees your booked rate.
Is there a minimum quantity?
No minimums. Daily counter lots are welcome. Pallets and mixed bins are fine; we reconcile every item on the statement.
How do I ship?
Request prepaid UPS or DHL labels with declared value, or self-ship with your carrier. We provide packing specs and commercial invoices for cross-border shipments.
Can you return items instead of crediting them?
Yes. You can select credit or physical return during dispute or RMA. Returns ship with tracking to your specified address.
What if I disagree with a grade?
Open a dispute in the portal. Every line has photos and notes. We review within one business day and issue a revision, credit, or return according to your choice.
