Our founding story
Founded in 2016 in Shenzhen, Ryne Phone began as a small team from repair-chain operations and device trading. After years of dealing with inconsistent grading, slow wires, and opaque paperwork, we set out to build the buyer we wished existed—photo-backed intake, published rules, and same-day payouts. What started with a single test bench has grown into a lab-driven operation that serves suppliers across regions while keeping the original promise: clarity, speed, and trust. Our Hong Kong office supports testing, logistics and banking.
Our lab team performs 24–48h intake with photo evidence for each IMEI/SKU, and our finance team issues same-day or next-day wires after approval. A 7-day price lock is available when you request our UPS/DHL labels.
